One of my fastest LOs. Used a sketch at The Mosy Scrapper. Finished in under 2 hours!
Photoshopped a series of photos of baby - to obtain a "aged" photo look. So as not to compete with the bright colors of the LO. 
Used a 72nd Street overlay for the title. And used a scrap of Crate paper to back it. Matted the photos with green cardstock.
