Here's a LO for a Made With Love Challenge by Aida

Challenge criteria:
- 12 X 12 layout
- ONLY 3 pattern papers, NO cardstock, NO Core-Dinations (not even for the photo mat) ...... this is a tricky one as we MWL scrappers LOVE tons of paper variety on the layout and this challenge will help practice creative restraint. Any paper with a variety of squares or large strips of patterns on them is considered ONE paper. For double-sided paper 1) if you use only ONE SIDE, it is considered ONE pattern paper 2) if you use BOTH sides of the paper in the layout, it will be counted as 2 pattern papers. Very important : Pls list the name of the 3 papers used when you post the layout in the Gallery.
- 30% or MORE white space. To get this approximate percentage, divide your layout into thirds, and one third has to be empty.
- 3 OR MORE stamped words or images : this is the ONLY *exception* where you can use plain cardstock to stamp on.
- 3 OR MORE combination of die cuts or tags.
- 1 decorated corner on the layout. The embellishments used can be counted as part of the required 3 OR MORE stamped images, die cuts and tags.
3 patterned papers - OA, WRMK (white out), Signature suite.
3 stamped images - 2 pink FW foilage stamps (on die cut at the corner), stamped frame (cannot remember what company - I don't own the stamp)
> 30% white space
3 die cuts / tags - Lily Bee, OA, MME (in the corner)
Others - JB bingo card, AC thickers
It was my first time doing such a challenge and it was fun. A bit outside my comfort zone, but at least it made me take out my stamps! And boy do I have a lot of stamps especially for someone who doesn't really use much nowadays. I blame it on the need to take out so many things in order to stamp! I used to be a card maker using stamps. At that time, I used to "batch stamp" LOADS of images and emboss for use. So I only take all the equipment out once or twice a month. But the stamps were really quite a nice touch for the LO. Note to self: Don't be so lazy! LOL!
Will be back to post more LOs!
